Tibian Hub is operated by Man See Man Fix Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in [State/Country of incorporation] with its registered address at [registered address]. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Man See Man Fix Inc.

You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box when creating your account, and in any case by accessing or using Tibian Hub. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter binding payment agreements to buy or sell on Tibian Hub.

Tibian Hub is a venue: buyers and sellers trade virtual goods - in-game currency, accounts, and items - for Open Tibia game servers, with payments held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Listings, chat messages, and delivery proofs are created by users, not by us.

Tibian Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CipSoft GmbH or any game server operator. Trading virtual items or accounts may violate the rules of the underlying game or server, which can carry consequences such as in-game penalties or account bans imposed by those operators. You trade at your own risk and are responsible for the rules that apply to you in-game.

Virtual goods have no guaranteed real-world value, and game servers may close or wipe at any time. We moderate the marketplace but do not guarantee the behavior of other users.

The Tibian Hub name, logo, site design, and software are the property of Man See Man Fix Inc. "Tibia" and other game names or marks belong to their respective owners and appear on this site only to identify the servers and goods being traded.

You are responsible for your account's security and for the accuracy of your information. Report unauthorized access to Support@tibianhub.com immediately.

Selling requires identity verification (a government-issued ID reviewed by our team) and a connected Stripe account for payouts. We may decline or revoke seller access where verification fails or fraud is suspected.

When a buyer pays, the payment is held in escrow - the seller does not receive funds at that point. The seller then delivers in-game and must upload delivery proof (screenshots or video of the trade).

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying or receiving payouts you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement for sellers.

After the seller marks delivery, the buyer has 72 hours to confirm receipt or open a dispute. If the buyer does nothing, payment is released to the seller automatically at the end of that window.

If the seller has not marked delivery within 5 days of payment, the order is cancelled automatically and the buyer is refunded in full. Buyers never pay for undelivered orders.

Tibian Hub charges sellers a platform fee of 10% of each sale, deducted before payout. Sellers with an active Premium subscription pay a reduced fee of 8%.

Premium is an optional subscription ($4.99/month, billed through Stripe) that additionally provides a higher active-listing limit (100 instead of 5), seller analytics, profile customization (banner and animated avatar), and a Premium badge. You can cancel anytime from Settings; benefits remain until the end of the paid period. Fees and Premium pricing may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to completed sales.

We may also offer paid promotion products, such as featured listings and promoted placements on our server list (OTServList). Promotion fees buy placement or visibility for the stated period only; they do not guarantee sales, clicks, or traffic, and are non-refundable once the promotion has started, except where the law requires otherwise.

Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on their sales. Tibian Hub does not withhold or remit taxes on sellers' behalf.

Listings must be accurate: real availability, truthful descriptions, and correct server. Stock counts must reflect what you can actually deliver, and delivery proofs must be genuine recordings of the actual trade.

We may close, suspend, or remove listings - and suspend accounts - for inaccurate listings, moderation reasons, or when a game server is removed from the marketplace. Suspending a server closes its listings; order history is unaffected.

The following lead to suspension or permanent removal: fraud of any kind, fabricated delivery proofs, review manipulation, taking payment outside the platform to bypass escrow and fees, chargeback abuse, buying or selling stolen accounts, harassment in order chat, money laundering, and automation or exploitation of platform logic.

You may not list or trade: accounts or goods you do not own or lack the right to sell, anything obtained through hacking, phishing, or exploits, or anything whose sale is illegal where you or the buyer live. The marketplace is limited to virtual goods for the Open Tibia servers listed on the platform.

We may withhold pending payouts connected to fraudulent activity while an investigation or payment dispute is ongoing.

If something is wrong with an order, open a dispute from the order page before the 72-hour confirmation window ends. Disputes freeze the payment while our team reviews the delivery proof, order chat, and any evidence both parties provide.

Our team resolves each dispute by either releasing the payment to the seller or returning it to the buyer. These resolutions are final within the platform's escrow system; your statutory rights and card-network dispute rights are unaffected.

Because escrow already protects buyers, contact us before initiating a card chargeback. If you file a chargeback while platform dispute options are available, we may suspend your account while the payment dispute is resolved and will submit order evidence (delivery proof, order chat, timestamps) to Stripe and the card networks. Refunds are provided through the dispute and auto-cancel flows described above; refunds outside those flows are at our discretion, except where required by law.

Buyers may review sellers after completed orders. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You grant Tibian Hub a license to display the content you submit - listings, images, reviews, and profile media - as part of operating the marketplace.

Reviews and transaction records remain on the platform (in anonymized form) even after an account is deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period during which logging in cancels the request; your listings close immediately on request. Deletion is postponed while you have unresolved orders.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination does not erase obligations arising from trades made before it.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for actions of game server operators, for in-game penalties resulting from trading, or for losses caused by other users beyond the escrow protections described here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost virtual goods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the six months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or limits statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Man See Man Fix Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your listings and content, your trades, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the law or of a third party's rights - including a game operator's rules or intellectual-property rights. This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country of incorporation], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes with us that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the courts of [venue of registered address], unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence entitles you to a different forum.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact Support@tibianhub.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section limits rights you hold under mandatory local law.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be highlighted on the platform, and continued use after an update means acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Man See Man Fix Inc. about the platform.
