1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Tibian Hub you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter binding payment agreements to buy or sell on Tibian Hub.

2. What Tibian Hub Is

Tibian Hub is a venue: buyers and sellers trade virtual goods - in-game currency, accounts, and items - for Tibia-style online game servers, with payments held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Listings, chat messages, and delivery proofs are created by users, not by us.

Tibian Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CipSoft GmbH or any game server operator. Trading virtual items or accounts may violate the rules of the underlying game or server, which can carry consequences such as in-game penalties or account bans imposed by those operators. You trade at your own risk and are responsible for the rules that apply to you in-game.

Virtual goods have no guaranteed real-world value, and game servers may close or wipe at any time. We moderate the marketplace but do not guarantee the behavior of other users.

3. Accounts and Seller Verification

You are responsible for your account's security and for the accuracy of your information. Report unauthorized access to Support@tibianhub.com immediately.

Selling requires identity verification (a government-issued ID reviewed by our team) and a connected Stripe account for payouts. We may decline or revoke seller access where verification fails or fraud is suspected.

4. How Trades Work (Escrow)

When a buyer pays, the payment is held in escrow - the seller does not receive funds at that point. The seller then delivers in-game and must upload delivery proof (screenshots or video of the trade).

After the seller marks delivery, the buyer has 72 hours to confirm receipt or open a dispute. If the buyer does nothing, payment is released to the seller automatically at the end of that window.

If a seller never marks delivery, the order is cancelled automatically after several days and the buyer's payment hold is released in full. Buyers are never charged for undelivered orders.

5. Fees and Premium

Tibian Hub charges sellers a platform fee of 10% of each sale, deducted before payout. Sellers with an active Premium subscription pay a reduced fee of 8%.

Premium is an optional subscription ($4.99/month, billed through Stripe) that additionally provides a higher active-listing limit (100 instead of 5), seller analytics, profile customization (banner and animated avatar), and a Premium badge. You can cancel anytime from Settings; benefits remain until the end of the paid period. Fees and Premium pricing may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to completed sales.

6. Listings and Seller Obligations

Listings must be accurate: real availability, truthful descriptions, and correct server. Stock counts must reflect what you can actually deliver, and delivery proofs must be genuine recordings of the actual trade.

We may close, suspend, or remove listings - and suspend accounts - for inaccurate listings, moderation reasons, or when a game server is removed from the marketplace. Suspending a server closes its listings; order history is unaffected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following lead to suspension or permanent removal: fraud of any kind, fabricated delivery proofs, review manipulation, taking payment outside the platform to bypass escrow and fees, chargeback abuse, buying or selling stolen accounts, harassment in order chat, money laundering, and automation or exploitation of platform logic.

We may withhold pending payouts connected to fraudulent activity while an investigation or payment dispute is ongoing.

8. Disputes and Refunds

If something is wrong with an order, open a dispute from the order page before the 72-hour confirmation window ends. Disputes freeze the payment while our team reviews the delivery proof, order chat, and any evidence both parties provide.

Our team resolves each dispute by either releasing the payment to the seller or returning it to the buyer. These resolutions are final within the platform's escrow system; your statutory rights and card-network dispute rights are unaffected.

9. Reviews and Your Content

Buyers may review sellers after completed orders. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You grant Tibian Hub a license to display the content you submit - listings, images, reviews, and profile media - as part of operating the marketplace.

Reviews and transaction records remain on the platform (in anonymized form) even after an account is deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period during which logging in cancels the request; your listings close immediately on request. Deletion is postponed while you have unresolved orders.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination does not erase obligations arising from trades made before it.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for actions of game server operators, for in-game penalties resulting from trading, or for losses caused by other users beyond the escrow protections described here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be highlighted on the platform, and continued use after an update means acceptance.
