By accessing or using TibianHub, you agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and account holders.
2. Marketplace Role
TibianHub provides a marketplace and escrow flow between users. Listings, communications, and transaction details are submitted by users.
We may moderate content, suspend listings, or restrict account access when activity appears unsafe, fraudulent, or abusive.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining account security, including password confidentiality and device security.
You must provide accurate account details and promptly report unauthorized access to Support@tibianhub.com.
4. Listings, Orders, and Payments
Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, and fulfillment speed. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchase.
Escrow and payment processing fees may apply. Payments and payouts can be delayed while fraud checks or dispute reviews are active.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use TibianHub for fraud, chargeback abuse, account theft, harassment, money laundering, automation abuse, or any unlawful activity.
Attempts to bypass escrow protections, manipulate reviews, or exploit platform logic can result in permanent suspension.
6. Disputes and Refunds
Disputes must be opened through the platform with supporting evidence. We may request additional information from both parties.
Refund outcomes depend on transaction records, delivery proof, and policy compliance. Final resolution decisions are made by platform moderation.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Material policy changes may be highlighted in product announcements or visible policy banners.
